Job Responsibilities: + Maintain accurate financial records by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts. + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. + Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. + Handle general ledger maintenance and ensure compliance with company policies. + Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. + Provide support during audits and assist with special projects as needed. Requirements Key Qualifications: + 1+ year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). + Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. + Exceptional organizational and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional office environment. Education Requirements: + Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
