Job Responsibilities: + Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and efficiently. + Reconcile bank statements, financial discrepancies, and prepare journal entries. + Assist with month-end close tasks, including preparation of financial reports. + Maintain accurate records of financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. + Collaborate with the finance team to support internal audits and reporting requirements. + Provide support to other administrative and accounting functions as needed. Requirements + Previous experience in an accounting clerk or similar role is preferred (manufacturing industry experience is a plus). + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a bonus). + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
