In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing accounting operations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent time management skills, and is proficient in QuickBooks. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping. • Prepare and issue billing statements for multiple entities, maintaining clarity and compliance. • Post cash receipts promptly and reconcile financial transactions to maintain accuracy. • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and directing phone calls. • Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve accounting-related inquiries. • Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain and update financial records. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting standards. • Support the accounting team in maintaining organized and efficient workflows. Requirements • Proven experience in accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. • Proficiency in QuickBooks software is mandatory. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
