Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for a temporary opportunity with a busy manufacturing company. This role will provide critical support while a team member is out on medical leave. Job Description: The Accounting Clerk will focus primarily on data entry and transactional accounting tasks to assist with high-volume workload demands. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role well-suited for someone reliable and detail-oriented. Primary Responsibilities: Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Process data quickly and accurately using Sage 50 (or similar accounting software). Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate record keeping. Requirements: Experience with Sage 50 or any accounting software preferred. Manufacturing industry experience is helpful but not required. Fast, accurate data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Available to start immediately. Logistics: Work Arrangement: Onsite. Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday. Duration: 4 weeks, possibly longer depending on business needs.
