Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our client's team on a contract basis in Tualatin, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a knack for multitasking, and the ability to handle a range of accounting and administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Support with dispatching drivers, vehicles, and equipment according to schedules, customer requirements, and operational needs. • Prepare and complete work orders and purchase orders to ensure smooth operations. • Perform accurate data entry for invoicing. • Maintain accurate records of dispatch requests, customer inquiries, and completed assignments. • Monitor and track the location and usage of trucks, trailers, bins, and other assets. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for fleet operations and driver requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry with attention to accuracy and detail. • Experience in processing invoices and managing purchase orders. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes. • Familiarity with dispatching processes and coordinating logistics. • Exceptional customer service abilities to handle inquiries and resolve issues. • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
