As an Accounting Clerk your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Process incoming checks accurately and ensure timely cash handling. • Reconcile customer accounts and address any payment discrepancies. • Maintain and update accounts receivable records using spreadsheets and internal systems. • Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support during audit preparations. • Perform data entry tasks related to invoices and billing processes. • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting. • Utilize financial software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage accounting tasks. • Generate reports and analyze account information to identify trends or discrepancies. • Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
