Camping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.

The Accounting Clerk will help support the dealership with various accounting related tasks.

What You’ll Do:

Posting vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and processing check runsWorking closely with the parts & service departments to resolve billing discrepanciesProcessing cancellation refunds to customers and lienholdersEnsuring that all cancellations are accurately recorded in Excel workbooksCommunicating directly with finance departments and lienholders regarding cancellationsReconciling monthly product statements for multiple locations

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

Applicant must be diligent, resourceful, organized and extremely detail orientedSelf-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize a scheduleExcellent time management, critical thinking, and, follow-up skillsStrong Communication Skills and able to work as part of a teamIntermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook, accuracy with 10-key pad and typing skills neededBasic understanding of accounting principles – debits, credits, etc.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demandsMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

Pay Range:

$20.79-$25.15 Hourly
