Description We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team. Key duties: + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions + Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly account reconciliations + Enter and maintain financial data in the accounting system + Assist with invoice preparation, billing, and payment tracking + Support month-end close processes + Maintain organized financial records and documentation + Provide general administrative support to the accounting department Requirements + Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Netsuite, or similar) is a plus. + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills are key to success in this role. + Intermediate MS Excel skills + Fast data entry over 7000 KPH Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
