Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. You will also collaborate with team members to prepare weekly and monthly operating results.

What will you do?Generate client invoicing for all catering and suites daily eventsResearch backup documentation, including sales reports and BEOs for all client invoices and provide to the client with daily invoiceResearch and provide additional backup to client as neededRun and review accounts receivable aging report as neededMonitor the accounting general emailProcess customer refund requestsFollow up on outstanding accounts receivable collections with client and review with accounting managementSystems maintenance and statistical data entry

More about youMust be at least 18 years of age.At least one year of accounting experience is required. Both accounts payable and receivable preferred.Ability to work on site. This is not a remote position.Proficient with Microsoft Office product required. Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.Skills demonstrating critical thinking, collaboration, and confidence with specialized software platforms are highly preferred.Prior general ledger experience preferred.Financial analysis skills are preferred.Excellent communication skills (oral & written) are required.Excellent organizational & time management skills are required.Excellent attention to detail is required.
