Delaware North Travel is searching for a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our team at Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. You will also collaborate with team members to prepare weekly and monthly operating results.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. What will you do?Reconciles daily cash, processes deposits and maintains change with a safe or cash recyclerAnalyze cash deposits for over/short notificationPrepares, verifies and processes Accounts Payable invoices Maintain Vendor profileActs as a liaison between departments and vendor to ensure payments are accurate and timelyPrepares and send Invoices to Customers, and pursue Collection.Prepares and distributes AR Aging reportPrepares journal entries for month-end closeFiles and maintains accounting records and reportsPerforms other duties as assigned

More about youAssociate’s degree in accounting or 3 years equivalent experienceMust be willing and able to pass a pre-employment credit and criminal background check Working knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting processDemonstrates a positive attitude, energy and professionalism; is trustworthy, respectful and demonstrates sound work ethicsAbove average usage of Microsoft Office package including Outlook, Word processing, and Excel spreadsheetStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to perform a volume of numerical detail work with speed and accuracyExcellent oral and written communication skills; ability to understand and follow complex instructions and technical or legal terminology.Strong guest service orientedAnalytical, with excellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as a team
