The Role: Accounting Associate Work Location: Onsite within John Deere's Worldwide Financial HQ Shift: 1st Shift Contract Duration: Through the end of the year, with potential for extension based on performance Join a team where your accuracy and attention to detail make a direct impact. In this role, you’ll help ensure seamless payment processing while maintaining the highest standards of organizational excellence. Responsibilities: + Prepare in-house checks for virtual remittance to the bank + Accurately prepare and post Advance Lease Payments while collaborating with the Lease group for proper application + Handle and resolve rejected payments with diligence and precision + Partner with business areas to determine the appropriate handling of incoming checks/payments Requirements Skills Required to Excel in the Role: + Proficiency with standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office, intranet, and internet functions + Ability to quickly adapt to department-specific computer programs + High reliability and self-motivation to meet deadlines and exceed expectations + Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with excellent multitasking abilities What Makes You Stand Out: + Experience working with live checks is a significant advantage + Background as a bank teller or similar roles offers an excellent fit for this position Note: Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position.
