DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately perform data entry of invoices into accounting system Provide general administrative support to the accounting department. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and organize financial documents for review. Assist in the processing and verification of invoices. Organize, file and maintain accounts payable department files. Maintain AP files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. All other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager or CFO.QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, teamwork and follow up skills Data entry skills, general math skills Proficient in Microsoft software Excellent computer skills to include Word, Outlook and Excel; accounting software experience Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written The ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals at all levels within the organization Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to ensure the finance department runs smoothly; assisting in areas outside your scope of responsibility when necessary
