We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for anAccounting Assistantto join a leading Company located in theRichmond, VAsurrounding area.
Responsibilities:
+ D aily Action Items
+ Download & Enter all CardPointe Transactions into QuickBooks
+ Reconcile with SalesForce Entries
+ Email Transaction Reports to management
+ Process all Paper Checks received in the mail into QuickBooks
+ Defer any overpayments or refunds to management for processing
+ Reconcile Escrow checks with SalesForce Entries
+ Process any electronic cards received via mail or email
+ Process case billing into QuickBooks and send for review
+ Once approved, send invoices and any applicable receipts via email or process a letter/invoice/envelope when paper check refunds are necessary
+ Filing & shredding as needed
+ Weekly Action Items
+ Collection of E-Mails as directed by management
+ Bi-Monthly Action Items
+ Reconcile Retainer Reports for SalesForce & QuickBooks
+ Monthly Action Items
+ Process & Send Soft Letters as directed by management
+ Prepare Hard Letters for RCH as directed by management
+ Return to management for review and processing
+ Generate the Month End Accounts Receivable Report by Member
+ Spreadsheet With Each Member Outstanding AR - Tie to Current AR in QuickBooks
+ Generate and Save .pdf of Each Member's Outstanding AR
