Key Responsibilities:
+ Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, verifying transaction accuracy, reconciling accounts, and managing collections as needed.
+ Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records by inputting data into accounting software and preparing reports for internal use.
+ General Administration: Handle relevant accounting documentation, maintain files, and provide clerical support to the accounting team.
+ Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies or issues effectively.
+ Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional assistance to the accounting department for special projects as needed.
Requirements
+ Education: AA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
+ Experience: 1-2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized business setting.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) is a plus.
+ Attention to Detail: Ability to process high volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
+ Strong Organizational Skills: Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Soft Skills: Great interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and team-focused attitude.
