This hands-on role is responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, analyzing production costs, and delivering financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with leadership, the manager will ensure accurate reporting, maintain cash flow forecasts, and drive process improvements to support operational efficiency. Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Analyze and track production costs (materials, labor, output) and operational KPIs to improve efficiency, margins, and inventory valuationDevelop and maintain dynamic cash flow forecasts, rolling financial projections, and budget vs. actual variance analysis to support strategic decision-makingPartner with operations, purchasing, and HR to align financial practices with business goals, while improving internal controls and reporting systems Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldMinimum 3+ years of experience in accounting/FP&ASoftware: QuickBooks, MS Excel, basic ERP knowledgeManufacturing or Agricultural experience is a plusStrong communicator Benefits and Perks:Medical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceRoth 401(k) with company matchCareer Growth Opportunities Your New Organization:Your new company has multigenerational ownership and fosters an environment of quality and support.
