**Country:** Mexico **Location:** LOC5017: Carrier - Finance Shared, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico Accounting and Controlship Analyst **Brief Description of Key Job Requirements:** This position will provide support for the oversight and coordination operations and manufacturing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and support the consolidations of financial statements for MX GAAP reporting. Support key Controllership objectives while contributing to the Mission & Vision of Carrier Corporation Finance. This position reports to the Snr. Manager, Manufacturing Accounting Residential **Responsabilidades:** + Support accounting activities for CMX Residencial manufacturing facilities + Assist in executing projects to standardize inventory activities, including E&O standardization, across manufacturing locations in Mexico + Support reviews and analytics on balance sheet results and deep-dive reconciliation reviews + Assist with manufacturing accounting tasks, including capital expenditures, inventory-related contracts (consignment, sale, contract manufacturing, rebates), and inventory reserves calculation + Participation in execution and reconciliation of annual physical inventory + Support testing and review of SOX controls to include initial reporting of issues and failures, with a key focus on action plans and strengthening the control environment + Participate in ad-hoc tasks/projects as needed **Preferred Qualifications** + The desire for continuous learning + Effective communication and interpersonal skills + Self-motivated, able to work independently + Acute attention to detail + MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) **Core Systems Exposure:** + HFM + BlackLine + AuditBoard + SAP **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
