Job DescriptionManage data integrity and preparation of financial information to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness and accessibility.Complete month end, quarter end and the year end close processes based on timelines setProvide support for general accountingFIRE processPrepare, code and record journal entries in GLPerform data balancing activitiesReview trial balance and reconcile / analyze all general ledger accountsProvide audit support specific to general accountingPrepare government reports / censusParticipate in ensuring team’s metrics/KPIs are met or exceeded

QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience2 years of experience in accounting or related positionsMeet key competencies for the jobProficient in using Microsoft Office suiteCustomer communication skillsFlexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasksFunctional knowledge of the general accounting processData Entry skills - Analytical skills - Interpersonal skillsHighly organized Ability to meet strict deadlinesAbility to work in a team environment / Collaboration with different teams
