JOB SUMMARY

Control and administer the External Financial reporting activities for Howmet Dover Casting. In addition, assure that all General Accounting transactions are done on a timely basis and are conducted in a proper manner.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES  Expected to assist in the implementation of Alcoa/Howmet’s EHS value and policy statement and its accompanying principles. Comply with all department, facility, Corporate and Regulatory EH&S regulations. Wear all required personal protective equipment. Report all job related illness and injuries. (Per employee handbook). Report all Safety, Health & Environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner. Attend all EH&S training.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions

Administer and conduct all Accounting activities relating to Capital Assets. Control the monthly Account Analysis of all Balance Sheet elements. Report the monthly financial statements which includes the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Summary of Reserves, Source and use of Funds.  Cash Forecast. Control and the issuance of the yearly audits, top and tax package. Provide various information and issue various reports relating to the Yearly Budget.  Long Range Plan preparation. Provide and issue all insurance reports as required. Prepare all Government reports on an annual basis. Assist Division Controller as required.
