Accounting Analyst
Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee critical billing and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic IT software environment. Responsibilities: • Manage and ensure timely and accurate submission of billing data to the accounting department. • Maintain and organize financial data related to specific billing processes. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address billing-related inquiries. • Review production reports and statements of work (SOWs) to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Collaborate with internal departments to proactively address and resolve accounting issues. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. • Strong experience in handling billing functions with attention to detail. • Ability to perform account reconciliations accurately and efficiently. • Solid understanding of general accounting principles and functions. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. • Proven problem-solving abilities in an accounting or financial setting.
