**Duration: 4 Months** **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Construction accounting. + Majority of role involves purchase orders, invoices, and close outs. + Project close out - once the project is finished and the building is ready to be put into service, process the close out by classifying and making sure all costs and invoices are paid - taking those and making sure the project IDs match and are right and if not, reclassify the assets. + Team has a large volume at the moment and need to bring individuals on to assist with the project close outs. + This role will have heavy trainings to start as individuals get up to speed. + Lots of work in Excel - when they close out, team pulls the transactions journal which is exported in Excel and team manipulates the documents so having strong excel skills is very critical. **Must Have Skills:** + Accounting background - General understanding of accounting principles + Excel - intermediate level - such as VLOOKUPS and baseline functions **Flex Skills/Nice to Have:** + Advanced Excel - macro level and high level formulas + Experience with Power BI and power platforms **Soft Skills:** + Quick learner + Strong communicator + Move quickly and multitask and very agile + Majority of day is in flight - be able to start something and then drop it and then pick it back up or take on new/different responsibilities throughout the day adhoc. **Education/Certifications:** + Experience in lieu of education + No certs **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
