Direct Hire position$45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftAccounts Receivable and Accounts PayablePast Due InvoicingDisputing and Claim: Wrong Billing, Warranty for damages, Unpaid Invoicing Claim, Shipping Related, Credit History, and Purchased Product ReturnInventory Booking and Recording Suppliers: Researching, and Pricing NegotiationUpdate Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Financial StatementPrepare Budget for following year and compare to actual and planPrepare reports per HQ requestManage Suppliers & Vendors BillsAdministration: Manage Company Credit, Update Requisition Form and Order Office & Warehouse Supplies, Request for Quotes for new purchase and report, Maintain Contract, Landlord and Building Care, Create Payment Request for Vendors Bills, Update Expense Report, and Submit MBE Status monthly for Customer

Accounting Administrator Qualifications:

High School Diploma and Accounting experienceQuickBooks Experience (1-5 years)Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new programs.
