Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Niagara Falls, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the accounting operations of the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced accounting software and contribute to a dynamic financial services environment. Responsibilities: • Process and manage accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain financial records and streamline operations. • Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy. • Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day accounting functions. • Monitor and update accounting systems to reflect organizational changes or requirements. • Provide administrative support for financial audits and compliance reviews. • Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure proper documentation. • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues. • Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounting activities. Requirements • Proficiency in using advanced accounting software systems. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and functions. • Experience in managing accounts payable processes. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Previous experience in financial services or a similar environment is preferred.
