Accounting Administrator

Job Details:

SUMMARY:

The Accounting Administrator is responsible for Time & Attendance functions as well as Payroll/Accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

Researching and Reviewing: this is inclusive of Time & Attendance points, entry and uploads and vacation entry/researchValidating Deductions: Code if valid in SAP systems while maintaining appropriate approvals.Daily Account Processing: Keep an up-to-date customer/team member profile.Collaboration: Work alongside the management team while performing assigned tasks and reporting.Cross-Functional Work: Engage with supervisors and team members to ensure appropriate accounting processesOrganizational Skills: Maintain strong organization as balances are reported on by management.Monthly Department Close: Meet deadlines without monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 3 plus years of office experience.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including generating simple spreadsheets; Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP preferred.

Communication Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication.

Special Skills: Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of multiple business units accounting requirements and general ledger coding.

Location: This is an onsite position located at the Hope, AR facility.
