Job details Spherion Naples is seeking a skilled Accounting Administrative Assistant. In this vital role, the Accounting Administrative Assistant will provide essential accounting support and administrative assistance. You'll work closely with senior management, utilizing your expertise to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
... Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver all customer invoices, maintain production and payment schedules, and manage customer records in QuickBooks Desktop.
Maintain accurate Customer and Vendor Certificates of Insurance, as well as all Vendor W-9s.
Manage SDS Books and BOL/Delivery Ticket Files, ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible.
Utilize computer software and spreadsheets (especially Microsoft Excel) to assist the Office and Accounting Manager in monitoring the company's financial position and performing basic statistical calculations.
Provide direct support to senior management on various administrative projects, accurately recording data as required.
Maintain customer and A/P files, communicate daily operational details, and contribute to the overall organization and efficiency of the office.
Participate in refining current techniques, troubleshooting problems, and documenting processes and procedures.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Strong understanding of common administrative and accounting procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and senior staff.
Ability to follow verbal instructions and written procedures with minimal oversight.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting OR a minimum of 3 years of equivalent professional experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
