Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers

Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

Manage payroll entries and tax filings in accordance with state and federal laws

Monitor and analyze accounting data, and prepare financial reports

Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures

Provide support in budget preparation and forecasting

Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
CPA or working toward CPA certification

Experience with ERP systems

Knowledge of tax laws and corporate finance

Education:
Bachelors

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2+ years of experience in an accounting role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
