Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Your Tasks • Verification of invoices for compliance with tax regulations and internal control requirements, • recording of purchase invoices for goods and services, • resolving issues related to the payment and liabilities process (cooperating with internal teams and suppliers for query resolution), • Verification of suppliers’ balances and aged items, • reconciliation of suppliers’ balance statements, • updating and creating documentation and reports for accounting processes, • active participation in the period-end closing proces, • reviewing outstanding purchasing invoices for potential accruals, • implementing improvements in PTP processes, • monitoring and maintaining appropriate KPI performance in the department. Your Profile • Min 2 years of previous working experience, preferably in SSC/BPO environment • Higher education in finance, accounting, or a related field, • relevant experience in AP processes (preferably in Automotive industry), • min B2 level of English, • knowledge of polish and European tax regulations • analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, • knowledge of the SAP system will be an additional advantage, • team player able to work in cross cultural team, • attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results (goal focus).
