Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Handle accounting transactions, including general ledger entries, fixed assets, and lease accounting in accordance with US GAAP.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.Ensure accurate recording and processing of transactions in compliance with company policies, procedures, and US GAAP.Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and fluctuation analysis to maintain accurate and detailed financial records.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting matters and provide ad-hoc support as requested by the team leader.Support internal, external, and tax audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.6-8 years of proven experience in general ledger or similar accounting roles.Solid knowledge of K-GAAP and US GAAP, with a strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.Diligent with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong written and verbal English skills.Strong teammate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle E1 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.AICPA or equivalent certification is a plus.Experience in process improvement or system enhancement projects is an advantage.
