The Team and Role:
As an Accountant is responsible for being a member of the controllership team and in charge of Accounts Receivable and Claims for all Asia Pacific customers.

Process billing and customer claims for trade sales business
Understand sales rebate policy, and procedure in order to validate and process customer claims
Monitor/handle VAT-Out, withholding tax, and other taxation requirements
Provide information for hedge
Reconcile accurately and timely for aging report, shipping details, and OCRM to meet closing schedule
Book monthly/quarterly entries
Assist SOX 404 documentation and internal/external audit testing
Work closely with colleagues in the controllership team and FP&A to be familiar with company business and daily accounting operations
Build strong relationships with internal customers such as Supply Chain, Sales, and Sales Operations to enable world-class processes and performance
Exposure to regional projects and multi-country task management
Backup for other team members and handle ad hoc affairs
Other duties may be assigned
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Bachelor degree with Accounting or Finance related
1~3 years of experience in a similar position
Good command of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with ERP systems. Oracle experience is preferred
Independent as well as a good team player
Details oriented, proactive and hands-on
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national and matrix organization
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
