This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in financial and managerial accounting. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other documents. + Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable. + Support month-end and year-end closing processes. + Prepare invoices, enter transactions, and ensure accuracy of journal entries. + Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. + Conduct financial analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions. + Manage and update financial records and documentation. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP). + Exceptional organizational and time management skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a plus. + Internship or professional experience in finance/accounting is a bonus but not required.
