Key Responsibilities + Prepare and manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities. + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. + Collaborate on financial reporting and analysis. + Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. + Utilize accounting software and ERP systems efficiently to support financial operations. + Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial documents or reports. Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience (e.g., general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entry preparation). + Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in Excel. + Familiarity with ERP systems and other accounting software + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. + Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
