Your Key Responsibilities Execute bookkeeping with focus on accounts receivable and customer credits, for a business organization assigned.Open accounts and book company's invoices according to local and/or GAAP guidelines and under consideration of legal requirements.Check with respective customers for resolving account discrepancies, as a first point of contact.Follow up clearance of outstanding receivables, check past due- and overdue accounts, and clarify issues with the sales organization.Produce statements of accounts and regular account reconciliation, in line with defined accounting guidelines.Request customer financial statements, references, credit agency reports, and review with supervisor for potential changes in credit limits, if required.Your Qualifications Vocationally trained in Finance, Accounting3 to 5 years

Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting3 to 5 years
