Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking a Staff Accountant with a focus on Accounts Receivable. The company operates on a cash basis and is seeking a degreed accountant who is a strong communicator, flexible, and works well in a team environment. Prior experience in Accounts Receivable is essential. The role requires use of Intaact from Sage. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post reconciliations and journal entries Process incoming remittances from clients Post assessments as payments are received Assist with month-end close procedures Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of receivables Additional Info: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch. Duration: 2 months with potential to convert to permanent hire. Start Date: Tuesday, September 2nd. Work Setting: Fully onsite.
