Responsibilities & Requirements:

In charge of monthly account close and prepare on the monthly BPC supplementary schedulesPrepare and analyze the financial data (monthly departmental expense, margin analysis, PPV, DSI & etc)Review AR and follow up on AR collectionPrepare and update all balance sheet schedules and upload them into the systemPrepare monthly & quarterly tax filings per local authorities' requirementsAssist in any tax-related matters i.e: queries from tax agents or tax auditInvolve in year-end audit, fixed asset count, and stock take exercisePrepare for monthly AP paymentInvolve in monthly forecast process and annual budget planningUpdate of SOX controls processInvolve in SAP implementation

Preferred Experience / Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAble to work independentlyAbility to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholdersConfident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skillsAttention to detailFlexibility and ability to cope with process changes.Basic knowledge and experience using ERP systems (e.g., SUN and SAP) is an advantageBS or BA Degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of relevant experience
