We support customers around the world in this critical industry and are looking for a motivated and detailed individual to join our team as Accountant supporting our operations in Italy and Spain.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining subledgers, posting journal entries, bank reconciliations, assistance in preparing financial statements, in accordance with Local GAAP (Italy & Spain)
Assistance with audit process, preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Management of the employee expense claim process, accounts receivable & payable Assist in performing month end close and/or in preparation of management documents and presentations
Ad hoc support across the finance function, other general administration tasks
Assist and/or lead special projects
Understand. Create. Simplify
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
B.S./B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance
Two (2) plus years of relevant experience
Motivated, self-directed
Strong excel skills
Excellent writing and speaking skills in Italian and Spanish. High level of English
Ability to quickly learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work with others remotely
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or ADE
Project accounting, tax, and/or cost accounting experience
Working experience with Microsoft AX
Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI
