Duties: * Handle month-end close, bank reconciliations, and reporting * Forecast cash, process commissions, and reconcile property taxes * Collaborate on budgets and provide ad hoc financial analysis * Manage tenant payments, ledgers, and monthly statements * Process vendor payments, resolve invoice issues, and maintain W-9s
