This role involves managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger maintenance, and journal entries while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Responsibilities: Process and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation for all transactions Why Robert Half?
