The Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s financial operations. This role supports day-to-day accounting, monthly close, financial reporting, and compliance, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business operations. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong accounting foundation who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timelyCoordinate invoicing setup and payment processing to ensure timely collections and paymentsManage accounts receivable escalation to resolve outstanding balances promptlyReconcile balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, credit cards, and procurement platform (Coupa) transactionsManage expense reporting and reimbursements using Tallie; oversee employee T&E and client billingsReview and validate intercompany invoices for accuracy and completenessProvide ad hoc financial support and assist with the month-end and year-end close processesMaintain the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements and internal reportsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal controlsReconciling balance sheet and bank accounts, credit cards, Coupa usage and complianceSupplier onboarding and PO set upAd hoc finance & help with close processWhat Sets You Apart

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required3-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting firmStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP)Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)Experience with SAP is a plus.Experience with Coupa, Tallie, or similar procurement and expense management tools preferredExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills and a collaborative work approachProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Tallie, Concur, SAPLocation:
This role is remote with the candidate based in the US. While primary stakeholders are Eastern time zone, support for those in Mountain, and PAdcific time zones will likely be required at times. Candidate must be willing to be flexible with their work schedule to balance the collective team needs and requirements.
The pay range for this role is $58,800 - $94,200. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
