Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. The role involves financial reporting, trend analysis, and forecasting, along with managing supplier payments and monthly account reconciliations. You will be responsible for journal entries, financial statement analysis, inventory receipt monitoring, and adjustments. Additionally, you will handle deposits and collections, calculate commissions, and authorize payments to offshore suppliers.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial reports, perform trend analysis, and forecast financial outcomes.Coordinate supplier payments and follow-ups to ensure timely processing.Reconcile monthly accounts to maintain accurate financial records.Record and manage journal entries to ensure proper accounting procedures.Conduct financial statement analysis for informed decision-making.Monitor and adjust inventory receipts to ensure accurate inventory levels.Manage deposits and collections efficiently.Calculate commissions accurately and timely.Authorize payments to offshore suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations.Essential SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, and invoicing.Proficiency with Sage50 or similar accounting software.Expertise in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting, inventory management, and forecasting.Experience in managing inventory levels and understanding cost structures.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Stable work history with multitasking capabilities.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $56000.00/yr.
