This is a hybrid configuration role working 2-3 days per week at our corporate campus located at 361 Integrity Dr, Madison, WI 53717 and 2-3 days per week from home. A remote working configuration is not being considered for this role at this time.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

Generate and send invoicesAssemble, review, and code invoices for paymentEnter and upload invoices into systemTrack expenses and process expense reportsPrepare journal entriesPerform monthly physical inventoryRun unclaimed property reports and generate letters required by each stateAssist with audit and review preparationsSet up ACH pulls for clients on two-day pay cycleOther duties as assigned Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Preferred1 to 3 years of financial analysis experience is requiredIntermediate Excel skills are requiredExperience working with accounting software (Oracle ORMB and Fusion preferred)Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
