We have an exciting opportunity for an Accountant supporting the Resource Industries Operations & Product Division (RIOP).  In this role, you will lead RIOP’s Operating & Execution (O&E) reporting and analysis in addition to be a model for our global finance strategy.  The position supports RIOP leadership, product groups and facilities while also working closely with other divisions within Resource Industries.

What You Will Do:

Support RIOP’s O&E, Deep Dive and Executive Office ReviewsAnalyze and review RIOP OPACC Improvement Agenda (OIA) resultsWork closely with the enterprise O&E and segment team as well as complete various requestsConsolidate and prepare Transformational Target and investor day curvesAnalyze and review Accountable Reporting Tool (ART), OPACC Analysis Tool (OAT) and Share of Market OPACC (SMO) updatesPower BI development and maintenance for O&E reportingPartner with the business to provide deeper strategic insights and solve challenges with a customer-oriented mindsetInfluence our finance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors, including but not limited to continuous improvement

What You Have:

Summary Pay Range:

$110,520.00 - $165,840.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
