Description We are looking for an Treasury Analyst/Accountant to join our team in New York, NY, on a temporary to permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in managing treasury functions, overseeing payment processes, and ensuring accurate account reconciliations. This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced financial tools and contribute to the efficient operation of our accounting systems. Responsibilities: • Process and manage payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Perform detailed account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity. • Monitor and analyze interest rates to optimize treasury operations. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis. • Collaborate with teams to implement and improve treasury processes. • Support accounts payable operations with precision and efficiency. • Leverage Microsoft Power BI to generate actionable financial insights. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Maintain organized and accurate financial records for auditing purposes. • Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounting workflows. Requirements • Proven experience in accounting functions, including treasury operations. • Proficiency in accounts payable processes and management. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for financial visualization. • Strong understanding of account reconciliation practices. • Ability to process payments with attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of interest rate analysis and its impact on treasury functions. • Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
