Description Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their accounting career with a passion to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The Entry-Level Accountant will play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting the accounting team with daily operations. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. + Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. + Support month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary entries. + Assist in audits by organizing and preparing documentation as requested. + Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner. + Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation for expense reporting. + Collaborate with other departments for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks. + Perform other ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the accounting manager or supervisor. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or associate’s degree with relevant experience). + Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed. Preferred Qualifications: + Internship or prior work experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not required. + Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
