We are seeking a qualified, engaged and motivated candidate to perform Accounts Payable functions (invoice / payment / expense report / Month End Close / Projects) via the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle) and Invoice Management System (Esker). 

Responsible for the daily Accounts Payable (AP) activities (Invoice Processing, Employee Expense Claims processing, Invoice Resolution, Accurate Coding, Payment Processing) in accordance with corporate policies, SOX and correct accounting procedures  Able to liaise with internal and external customers on all processing issues with the utmost professionalism Able to support and perform Month End Close activities such as monthly accruals, reconciliations & etc. Proactively able to bring in ideas for continuous improvement to promote efficiencies  Able to perform in accordance with the required completeness to support the necessary business per Service Level Agreement (SLA) and meeting required dashboard (KPI) Able to undertake and participate in any ad-hoc assignments and projects when required Able to perform business partnering while upholding compliance, quality, professional and reliable financial services
