The Role
The role reports to the Accounting Supervisor, is part of the accounting team and will handle the accounts payable & receivable, liaising with credit department in our Finance Function.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct daily monitoring of all bank transactions and liaise with banking institutions as required
Perform reconciliation of bank statements, checks, and cash transactions
Execute payment entries
Maintain accurate account reconciliations with suppliers
Prepare and check monthly expenses and expense reports
Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, entering transactions
Correspondence with auditors & support annual audit
What you’ll need:
University Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
2-4 years working experience within an organised accounting department of a multinational company
Increased sense of urgency, ability to maintain deadlines, coordinate & prioritize multiple assignments
Demonstrate the ability to work independently & display ownership
Analytical skills, detail orientation and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of English language
Advanced Computer literacy (Ms Office) & Accounting related s/w (SAP knowledge is highly desirable)
