Your role at Clorox:

This position is responsible for the monthly and quarterly advertising activities for Domestic within the Marketing Accounting team which includes Working and Non-working media accruals, balance sheet account reconciliations and support to main stakeholders such as Marketing and external agencies

In this role, you will:

Book monthly advertising WM and Non-WM accruals based on actual consumer spend reviewed with the marketing teams and external agencies.

Support Quarterly Sales Promotion case rated entry preparation and analysis as well as year end accruals and follow up.

Provide ongoing support to the SBUs and Marketing teams in regards to consumer spending doubts, based in the ​Consumer Marketing and Market Research Spending​​ policy and accounting principles.

Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations. Identify, follow up and solve reconciling items timely, if any.

Perform advertising monthly and quarterly controls and provide support to FRC on the self-assessment cycles and to external auditors on the TOC and substantive PBCs.

Support the enterprise VISTA implementation project, focusing on the migration of SAP to S4, as well as Anaplan as forecasting reporting tool for Market Research.

What we look for:

At least 3 years of experience in Accounting

Advanced English level

Attention to detail resulting in consistently reliable, accurate and thorough work.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Work effectively in a team environment.

SAP, S4 or other ERP systems experience preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

Workplace type:

Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
