We’re searching for a Skopje-based Accountant to join our Financial Control team, so that we can ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and strengthen our global finance operations. The Accountant will support financial close processes, general ledger activities, and intercompany transactions to enable better decision-making across the organization.
This is a 12-month contract position.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Support month-end close activities and adhere to close timetables to ensure accurate and timely reporting
+ Perform general ledger transactions and reconcile balance sheet accounts to maintain financial integrity
+ Collaborate with the Tax and Treasury teams to post and document intercompany loan interests and transfer pricing accruals
+ Analyze intercompany balances and prepare supporting schedules for audits and internal review
+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support financial tasks related to M&A activity
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ 2+ years of experience in a finance operations or financial control function
+ Proven success in meeting tight deadlines and working in a dynamic, international environment
+ In-depth knowledge of general ledger accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet controls
+ Experience with Oracle NetSuite and working in multi-currency environments
+ Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets
+ A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
+ Graduate degree in Accounting and/or ACCA/CIMA/ACA part-qualified
+ Strong spoken and written English communication skills
