This position is for Royalty Reporting and Contract Compliance team. The candidate should be B.Com/M.Com, MBA, Inter CA/CMA with 4-5 years’ experience.

 

The Key tasks would include:-

Review of royalty agreements and ability to interpret legal termsCalculation of fees payable for various types of agreements, process approval for paymentsInternal and external reporting including dashboard preparationAccounting activities for monthly / quarterly book closePrepare Balance Sheet reconciliationsAssist managers in transition of accounting / analysis activitiesRepresent on regional/global projectsIdentify and troubleshoot operational issuesContribute to process/reconciliation improvements

 

Interaction with Finance Controllers / Feeder processes / Business Finance/ Legal

 

 

Maintain general accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that proper information is reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
