In this role, you will utilize your accounting knowledge in the review of sub-system posting positions, month-end close, intercompany breaks clearing and suspense clearing. In addition, you will engage with the business teams and external stakeholders, as well as demonstrate the ability to independently deal with and resolve issues with appropriate escalation. Reconciliation & Attestation of balances - process, outcomes, breaks and resolution of issues Completeness and Accuracy of ledger data for Reporting / Tax / LEC & Analytical requirements Developing strong understanding of chart of accounts and the posting rules set up for different desk based on the nature of the products traded Identification and Resolution of breaks and related reporting Good understanding of financial products (Futures, Bonds, Cash Equities etc.) and their accounting.
