Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience in finance, working with cross-functional initiatives. + Professional qualification in CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent. Preferred qualifications: + 5 years of experience in a financial reporting/operational accounting role with focus on processes and controls. + Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, and ERP systems such as SAP. + Understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP, IFRS and related international accounting standards. + Knowledge of accounting principles. + Ability to have a collaborative style, communicate effectively and work with cross-functional and international teams. + Ability to assist with well-defined tasks within a project, manage time, and follow work plans. You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business. + Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with new changes to existing processes. + Provide financial records and supporting documentation to auditors, and assist with the development of process cycle memorandums and procedural walk-throughs. + Use data to extract meaningful insights and monitor the performance of different areas of a business.
