The Accountant, Contractor, is responsible for supporting finance & accounting team to perform day to day accounting activities and appropriate finance control in Leica.
This position reports to the Finance Controller and is part of the Finance and Accounting Team located in Seoul office and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage financial operations: Perform bank reconciliations, VAT submissions, expense reviews, AP journals, monthly/annual closings, and support consolidated reporting and budgeting processes (including monthly closing for PL & BS / Balance Sheet Reconciliation)Assist and support the Finance Manager in consolidated reporting, property valuation, treasury and other reporting and functions as required by the managementPerform ad-hoc duties and reporting as assigned by the supervisor and managementThe essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum 5 8 years in doing full sets of accounts or similar capacityPossess a good working attitude and able to be independent as well as function as a team playerAble to meet tight schedules, deadlines, work under pressure and able to handle detailed and manual workIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
